High Efficiency Online Surry Mixing System LMS realizes the integrated online continuous homogenization of binder dissolution, conductive agent and active material fine dispersion. Compared with traditional homogenization equipment, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, land saving and high degree of automation.
LMS consists of an online Disperser, Mixing tank, Automatic batching system and Control system. It adopts a modular design and can operate independently or be embedded into existing systems.
